We stayed at Deutsches Haus for one night after a car crash in Hanover. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing milk for our baby and allowing us to store luggage. The hotel is beautiful with high ceilings and a quiet atmosphere. The German breakfast was excellent, and the central location made it easy to access shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The location in the middle of the city centre is excellent. The style is typically Classic German and the service is correct and friendly. Also the (free!) parking in front of the hotel is very convenient; although the second day no parking places were available anymore, when I arrived a little later, after 18:00.

No leisure facilities, like fitness, sauna or spa.

Beware! Not 4-star hotel service and quality. Photos and description do not accurately reflect the room you will get. Parking is first come, first serve (runs out early, late arrivers may not get a space). Rooms smell bad (old furnishings, mattresses, and carpets). Very noisy (old windows and doors let in every noise from street and hallway). Old, small televisions with fuzzy reception, breakfast overpriced, unreliable customer service (some employees very nice and helpful, others extremely arrogant and rude).

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. It's within walking distance to many bars and restaurants, as well as being adjacent to a beautiful square. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient, even with the language barrier. The rooms were clean and decent, providing good value for money.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was delightful and there is really nothing to complain about.

This is our third stay at the Deutsches Haus and it continues superb. Best value for money in Braunschweig! Although it was summer, we had windows to the inner court, so we could leave them openned at all times. Very friendly and english speaking staff. Free parking is a big bonus in central B'schweig!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Braunschweig and had a wonderful experience. the location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. This meant that I was within walking distance of numerous bars, restaurants, and attractions. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, even though there was a slight language barrier. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs and make me feel welcome. Lastly, I was pleased with the basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as a fridge, which added convenience to my stay.

I had a fantastic stay and can't think of anything that could have been improved.

Extreme heat made it impossible to sleep soundly - Limited ventilation from a single roof window.

We had an enjoyable stay in this city. The hotel's location was great as it was very close to the train station, restaurants, and beautiful squares. Additionally, the hotel facilities were of excellent quality, particularly the cleanliness. The breakfast was really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel location is very central to the city and from outside the hotel looks impressive. The hotel staff are professional and helpful. But my room was very bad (see negative points below).

I went for the cheapest room, and paid for that by getting in a very small room, equipped with old furniture, smelly, and without any type of view (even the interior court was obstructed by some kind of building part). I travel both in US and Europe and this was my worst hotel experience in ten years.

I was in the hotel only one night, and everithing was ok.
